Leann's East Coast Trip: Through the Iphone

Fact, I had my camera with me planning to take some sweet photos and even a little video. I did not realize how difficult documenting the trip would be with a Finley. His attitude changed by the hour and the iphone was just easier and more convenient. Iphone won.
Also, I am addicted to the F2 filter on the VSCOcam app.

First things first, if you are not wearing matching hulk t-shirts, did it really happen?

This was the morning of day 2. We had driven as far as we could the previous afternoon. We did not get as far as we had planned which made for the longest day ever of day 2.
We stopped for lunch in Nashville which was fun. We had dinner at Zaxby's, hallelujah.
(obviously this is just a road trip to eat all the food).
then we got sucked into some sort of worm hole. Let me explain. We left dinner and the GPS said we would reach our destination in 5 hours. I then drove 2 hours to discover our GPS still said we had 5 hours left. It was frustrating, funny, but mostly really confusing.
We finally made in to Virginia at 2am.
We spent a few days visiting my mom and dads family. Finley got to meet a lot of new people and I got to see a lot of my aunts, uncles and cousins. It was a lot of fun. I haven't seen most of my Virginia family in 2 or 3 years and I forget how much I love spending time with them. There was lots of laughs, pictures, a few Finley melt downs and of course...FOOD.
Fun Fact: Tori and I were born in Virginia and this is where most of our extended family lives.

On Wednesday we set off for Georgia to see the oldest sister and some of my best friends.
Can we all agree that Finley and Ayden and the cutest little cousin dynamic duo?
We took a short trip to the beach. We rode out the first storm, and 10 minutes later it started pouring.
We finished the night off with dinner, dessert and game night.
If you have not played heads up, you should. It is hilarious.
The Finley and Ayden Show was the BEST!
Finley loved the beach.
The beach was our favorite part of the day.

Never a dull moment or enough time with my best friends.

Finley, just because he is so dang cute.

Our trips to Georgia are never long enough, but we are glad to be back home in our own beds.
