Last Weekend Kell and I had a bit of an impromptu date night in Dallas. We ate pizza and went to a concert. We had only heard of one of the bands playing...the night before. I contacted that band and asked if they would be interested in an interview for Sunshine Magazine. Much to my suprise the responded with a YES! Easily one of the coolest things I have done in my life so far.
We parked in front of the perfect blog photo wall. And my husband is slowly stepping his photography game up. I am so thankful he is willing to take pictures of me whenever I ask.
I have been digging the 70's vibes lately. Currently 70's and 90's are back in style and I am not mad about it. Obsessing over flared jeans and highwaisted anything. One of my favorite thing about flared pants and bell bottoms? It really doesnt matter what shoes you wear. I got to enjoy my night in the comfort of my rainbow flip flops.
The flower detail on the bottom of this top and the hat really pulled my Donna Pinciotti look together. I added a flash tat for fun (because I had some laying around and I was testing out that spot for a possible real tattoo in the future). Decked out my fingers with my everyday ring and finished off the look with my "pocahontas" necklace. Serisouly loved this outfit.
I had so much fun with my honey. It was nice to hang out listen to music and stay out way past our bed time. By the end of the night we were tired and ready to be home with Finley. Typical date night since we have become parents.
Special thanks to The Rocket Boys for being awesome. You can look forward to seeing them in the next issue of Sunshine!
