Signature Style






Fashion is one of the many things we get really excited about. It is probably one of the easier things we will blog about. We love a variety of styles, but it is very certain we each have our own distinct style. I think we have both just recently figured out our signature style. We have experimented a lot over the years. Taking tips from our favorite celebrities and magazines (you know back when pinterest did not exist). We have survived our fashion fails and fallen in love with our closet. We cannot wait to share more looks with you.

Signature style: Tees & Jeans

My closet is full of denim and lots of big tops like this. Front tuck, always. I wear sandals as long as possible. I love my boots when the colder weather hits, but sandals are my life. I have been trying to perfect this style for a few years now. It really got easier for me once I became a mom. When I am feeling fancy I will wear a headband or a big necklace.

Signature Style: Dresses & Crop Tops

I like to dress for comfort. I've found that if it fits right, dresses can be one of the most comfortable things to wear. And I wear them a lot! When it comes to my style, I tend to experiment and grab two things in my closet and try them on together to see if they work. More times than not my outfit doesn't always match but it does work together. A result of said experiment was putting a crop top over a dress. I found that it gave me another way to style the dress. The dress looks like a skirt but is more comfortable because it has the upper support of a dress. I also love the thrill when someone says "I like your skirt" and I get to reply "It's a dress!". I discovered this trend for myself about 2 years ago and have been rocking it ever since. It's a go to outfit for me. I usually wear my converse or a pair of booties with my dresses.

    I am so thankful that this blog has launched!

    I can't live without my over sized blue tee (FROM WALMART- lol I happened upon it one day for $3.00). It pairs so nicely with things and I even loved it so much, I bough a similar one from AE after.

    I love y'all's blog! It's so sweet and pretty! Your mega tight sister bond is inspiring. So happy for y'all :)

    The one item in my closet that I can't live without would have to be my white v-necks! I wore them CONSTANTLY in high school but forgot about them when I grew out of them all (lol oops). This summer, I had to buy some for my work uniform and now I'm addicted again! I wear them at least three times a week (outside of the custard shop), in a variety of ways: with Nike shorts, with black jeans & converse, with skirts, whatever! I'm an addict once more.

    I have to have a nice fitting pair of dark wash jeans in my closet, skinny and boot cut. Also love a good pair of black leggings with boots in winter.

    I.....don't honestly have anything in my closet currently I can't live without. lol I have recently figured out what I feel most comfortable in, and what I want to start building for myself however! Mostly, solid colored tanks and v necks, and simple shorts or jeans. Old Navy shirts are my jam!

    You two are the cutest and I've loved following your IG! I can't live without my strappy Target sandals in the summer and my big grey scarf in the winter. I really need to go through my closet and toss the stuff I don't love anymore.

    The one thing I can't live without in my closet is my brother's oversize grey t shirt that I may have stolen from him. It's baggy and my go to when I want to feel comfortable and relaxed. :) SO EXCITED THE BLOG IS LIVE!

    I can't live without my old navy denim vest! I love to coordinate it with an all black outfit! Makes me feel like a bad ass, even though I'm just a big baby.
